What a difference 24 hours makes in the psychology of a weekend An extra 24 hours makes one feel rich. Moments of happy pop up here and there. The elimination of 24 hours can make for a grumpy demeanor.

That is why my alternative work week (employer speak), has me singing. Even in the rain. And it’s not. The sky is blue and the sun is out. And I am singing.

Spirits not dampened when I learned that the skies are slated to indulge in another sob fest come manana. Don’t care that my regular work hours are smushed into four days. Only slightly bothered that my sleep still takes place in an upright and locked position.

What a difference an extra day makes in the life of me.
