The recent cold snap seems to have worked its icy magic and the trees are wearing their full autumn colors, free of their green clorophyl.

We’ve been having gorgeous sun-filled days in place of the rain and grey skies that usually visit us this time of year. Though today the clouds have blown in on a soft (what we call Chinook winds in Alaska) but blustery wind and the rains will be upon us in just a few short hours.

Time to hunker down and snuggle up in the warmth of our Attic.
